Nano Labs Ltd. recently received notice from its Chairman and CEO, Jack Kong, that he made his second share purchase of the year in September 2024, acquiring a total of 1,107,935 Class A ordinary shares on the open market. 

The transaction was carried out in full compliance with the company's insider trading policies and all relevant legal regulations. Mr. Kong remains highly optimistic about the company’s growth prospects and has expressed continued confidence in its future, not ruling out the possibility of further purchases.

Nano Labs Chairman Jack Kong Increases Stake by Over 1.1 Million Shares, Reaffirms Confidence in the Company's Future

On January 9, 2024, the China Securities Regulatory Commission registered Nano Labs’ post-listing refinancing through the issuance of additional shares.

The issuance was completed on September 13, 2023, with a total of 19,157,087 additional ordinary shares issued, and it recently obtained the filing permit from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

In this issuance, Zhong Lun Law Firm served as the issuer's Chinese legal counsel and helped this issuance successfully obtain registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On the morning of February 2, 2024, the relocation ceremony of Nano Labs  was held grandly at Hanggang Technology Building·China Yuangu. Mr. You Wencheng, Chairman of Hangzhou Shangcheng Capital, Kong Jianping, founder of Nano Labs , Sun Qifeng, co-founder, and Hangzhou regional employees witnessed this important moment.

During the housewarming ceremony, Mr. You Wencheng, Chairman of Shangcheng Capital, presented a golden key symbolizing move-in to Mr. Kong Jianping, Chairman of Nano Labs. This is not only a key, but also represents trust in the company's development and support for achieving greater success in the future.
