Nano Labs Ltd. is pleased to announce that its founder, Dr. Kong Jianping, has been appointed by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government as a member of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Review Tribunal. His term will run from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028.

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Review Tribunal is a statutory body established under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO). It is responsible for reviewing decisions made by regulatory authorities, including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Insurance Authority (IA), the Commissioner of Customs and Excise, and the Registrar of Companies, to ensure fairness, impartiality, and compliance within the financial system.

Nano Labs 2024 Semi-Annual Report: Narrowing Losses, Strengthened Operations, and Embracing New Opportunities in AI and Web3.0

Nano Labs Ltd (Nasdaq: NA) successfully convened its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM Beijing Time. After review and voting by shareholders, all proposed resolutions were duly approved.

The resolutions passed during the meeting include:

Increase in the Company’s authorized share capital;

Increase in the voting power of each Class B ordinary share from 15 votes per share to 30 votes per share;

Adoption of the Fifth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The successful conclusion of this EGM and the approval of the relevant resolutions will further optimize the company’s corporate governance structure and drive its long-term growth.
