Nano Labs Chairman Kong Jianping Reappointed as Director of Cyberport Hong Kong by the HKSAR Government

Nano Labs Ltd. is pleased to announce that its founder, Dr. Kong Jianping, has been appointed by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government as a member of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Review Tribunal. His term will run from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028.

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Review Tribunal is a statutory body established under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO). It is responsible for reviewing decisions made by regulatory authorities, including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Insurance Authority (IA), the Commissioner of Customs and Excise, and the Registrar of Companies, to ensure fairness, impartiality, and compliance within the financial system.
